Boat Trips
Guided Fishing Boat Trips:
Guided fishing trips includes tackle, bait and guide. Normally takes place in 2 x 4 hour stints during hot weather with a break for lunch. This trip is mainly to catch Catfish and Zander although Carp is also possible.
Cost 200 euros for up to 3 people
Non-fishing Boat Trips:
Trip 1: Shopping trip - Take boat from Riverside Lodge to Flix where we stop and day shopping is available at local village where there are bars, restaurants, supermarket etc more info on Flix
Trip 2: Sunken Village Trip - Take boat from Riverside Lodge to see the sunken village of Fajon which was covered by the Ebro on the damming of the river.
Trip 3: Shopping trip - Take boat from Riverside Lodge to Mequinza where there are various shops and local spanish life to encounter.
Trip 4: Bird lovers trip - Take boat from Riverside Lodge to very rural and quiet part of the countryside to view Eagles Nests, Vultures and other local birds and wildlife.
Trip 5: Nature Reserve - Take a boat or car from Riverside Lodge to visit the local Nature Reserve where you can see close at hand all types of protected flora and fauna.
Taxi:
A taxi service is also available to visit local places such as Flix which has a market on a Thursday. Other places of interest include Mora, Riba Roja, Salou - see local places page
